Data Entry Menu
The data entry role allows a user to add, edit and delete patient and visit data.
In addition to the common topics, it provides the following links:
- Patients. The patients page presents a list of patients. Data can be added to a
patient or modified, and new patients can be added.
- Visits. Visits are a collection of data presented in different pages that represent the
symptoms, measurements, test results, compliance reports, and other comments generated during a
patient visit. A visit may be a phone, hospital, home, or office visit. An administrative visit
category also exists and is used to record information obtained in some other manner.
