Rose's Scenario

Rose is the office administrator at Dr. Ellen’s practice.  She adds the identities of users at the practice and what roles they are permitted.  When a new user wishes to gain access to DiaTrack she adds their email address to a list of authorized users for the practice.  When a new user is added, Rose determines which roles they are permitted.  She may assign Data Entry, Researcher, Physician, and Practice Admin roles.

As a Practice Admin herself, Rose cannot turn off her own Practice Admin role.  Only another Practice Admin for the same practice can turn off that role.  This ensures that there is always at least one Practice Admin declared for any practice.

If an employee leaves the practice or changes functions, Rose updates their DiaTrack user status accordingly.
